"Chakka" means forest in the Amharic language, it symbolizes our deep-rooted connection to the forests of Ethiopia.

Most of our farmers are women who have tended the land for generations. Chakka supports them with fair pay, resources, market access, and direct partnerships, enabling them to continue supporting their households while safeguarding the forests around them.
Our work blooms through the hands of smallholder farmers who protect forests and traditions. By working alongside them, we create space for their knowledge and leadership to guide the future. When women farmers thrive, their families, forests, and entire communities thrive too.

After thorough R&D to perfect our craft, we’ve designed products for your skincare, haircare, aromatherapy routines and lifestyle spaces, each one crafted with your everyday in mind – wellness that stays true to the source! We use gentle methods such as cold pressing and steam distillation to preserve the plant’s natural potency and efficacy, nothing added, nothing diluted.
