Oils labeled for skin can be applied directly, otherwise diluted with a base oil to reduce the strong concentration of these pure oils, particularly if you have sensitive skin. It is generally recommended to apply oils on skin at night, away from sunlight, to let it naturally steep into the body.

Oils labeled for hair use can be applied directly to scalp and hair, strands either as part of a pre-wash treatment or to refresh scalp and hair strands for more moisture, hydration and growth. Similarly, hair oils can be diluted with a base oil, particularly if your scalp is prone to sensitivity.

Fragrance oils are used similarly as perfumes, a few drops can go a long way. Alternatively, fragrance oils are applied to diffusers, candle burners, in steam or sauna, diluting a few drops of the oil with water.

We partner with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia, sourcing from buffer zones within biodiverse reserves to ensure quality and sustainability. We source raw materials directly, we cold-press or steam distill them, and then bottle directly in Ethiopia.
